Virtual Office Space includes the same great phone reception as our Remote Receptionist service, as well as access to meeting space and other services at any Intelligent Office around the country.

Training and Support
Once you join The Intelligent Office Franchise, you'll receive our operations manual and a series of computer-based training videos. This will get you up to speed on our basic operations from the comfort of your own home. Next, you'll spend a week of hands-on training at our facility in Boulder, CO, where you'll put your home study into practice and learn advanced material. An additional week of training will then take place on-site at your location shortly after opening. Once training is complete, on-going support is available through telephone assistance, e-mail and periodic operations visits. You'll also be able to find and share information through our on-line knowledge base.
Locations
Typical Intelligent Office locations feature 3 conference rooms and 10-16 private offices. A single unit can accommodate up to five hundred clients however, because our emphasis is on telecommunications and meeting space rather than full-time work space.
